*MECHANICS: As with all our serviced typewriters - this one is in outstanding mechanical condition. It types as smooth as butter and looks amazing! The typewriter has been disassembled, cleaned, polished and adjusted on feet. The chrome plated metal parts look very good. Other than this, the paint is in good condition. *COSMETICS: This typewriter is in very good condition. There is a paint loss on the top left of the ribbon cover. The typeface is crisp, clean, elegant and small, good for correspondence and addressing envelopes/label making. 84 typeface - 12 cpi (12 characters per inch). The keyboard has QWERTZ layout. *TYPEFACE: This one has an uncommon Congress Elite No. This one comes in an interesting, not very common color combination - grey-ish body and dark green keys. This typewriter was engineered to outlive and outperform many other semi-portable models! Olympia boasts of it's precisely engineered mechanics and the practical design of their typewriter models.
